This plan follows the general structure of the runDisney Jeff Galloway run/walk training plans, but is created by me to accommodate all of the race weekends.
This digital download includes an “import dates” page with a bird’s eye view of the complete training with holidays, simulation weeks, and essential training dates marked. Additional pages include a month-by-month view of the training plan, along with a checkable list of each run. Reminders for costume checks, proof of time, and when to check/replace shoes are also marked.
