The layout! All of my training plans follow the Jeff Galloway approach to training - which you can find on the runDisney website. However, I've layered in a bird's eye view of the total training program, callouts for holidays, call-outs for simulation weekends, and reminders to check your shoes and test your race costumes.
Additionally, the plans have all the exact running dates calculated based on the upcoming race weekend, a place to record pace and mileage, and a way to check off each run.
I also have combo plans for multiple race weekends! -
I have you covered. There are combo plans that lay out how to transition training between each race weekend, as well as perfect season plans for those who are planning on doing all runDisney races. The combo plans build in recovery time and adjust peak mileage based on the races planned.

Absolutely. All training plans are based on the Jeff Galloway approach to training. This means that you can use the run/walk method if you so choose. You'll have the same long run cadence as those using the Jeff Galloway plans from the runDisney website, allowing you to seamlessly join in with online runDisney communities.
